Job Summary

The Sharon at SouthPark is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor vital signs and document patient information
  • Communicate effectively with the nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to residents
  • Assist with recreational activities and promote a welcoming and supportive environment

Requirements:

  • Valid CNA certification and completion of a state-approved training program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately document patient information
