Job Title: Medication Assistant QMAP Memory Care

We are seeking a skilled Medication Assistant QMAP Memory Care to join our team at Lincoln Meadows Senior Living, LLC.

Job Summary:

The Medication Assistant QMAP Memory Care will be responsible for maintaining, ordering, and assisting residents with medication needs, as well as transcribing and documenting in the Medication Assistance Record.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records for residents
  • Assist residents with medication administration, including ordering and stocking medications
  • Transcribe and document medication information in the Medication Assistance Record
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Take vital signs and provide basic first aid as needed
  • Communicate with outside healthcare professionals as necessary
  • Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining
  • Respond to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely and safe manner
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • All state educational requirements for the position must be met
  • CPR certification required
  • Experience working with an elderly population preferred
  • Calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor required
