Insurance Business Development Representative

As an Insurance Business Development Representative with Don Enga - State Farm Agent, you will have the opportunity to help grow our business through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a competitive salary plus commission/bonus, health benefits, profit sharing, and paid time off. Compensation: $38, $75,000.00 per year
