Truck Service Advisor Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on truck maintenance and repair services
  • Write and process work orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion of repairs
  • Source parts from external vendors and coordinate delivery
  • Prepare and communicate quotes to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in repair or parts shop preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license required
