Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 10 to 15 client service representatives to deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Build relationships with financial advisors and request feedback on client service team performance
  • Assist client service representatives and financial advisors with complex issues and projects
  • Set expectations for client service representatives to monitor metrics and service standards
  • Contribute to initiatives supporting the client experience
  • Inspire and mentor client service representatives to achieve professional development
  • Share ideas and awareness regarding client matters with peers and colleagues
  • Encourage collaboration with colleagues to cultivate a spirit of teamwork and partnership
  • Manage team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience in client service in the investment advisory, brokerage, or financial services industry
  • 2 years management experience or equivalent leadership experience; 4+ years management experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to ideas that support growth
  • Excellent working knowledge of the investment industry
  • Experience working with administration of individual investment accounts
  • Prioritization skills: ability to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
  • Extremely organized; keeps accurate and detailed records
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent math skills and the ability to grasp financial/investment concepts
  • Analytical thinker and problem-solver
