Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the General Education curriculum of the BSN program, including curriculum development, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Lead student retention initiatives and monitor academic performance of students enrolled in General Education courses.
  • Collaborate with the Student Success Team to provide learning resources for students and monitor student needs and satisfaction with academic services.
  • Develop and maintain effective supply acquisition processes to ensure maintenance of appropriate par levels of inventory for science lab supplies.
  • Serve on campus and college-level committees and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of two years of academic leadership experience.
  • A minimum of two years of full-time teaching experience in higher education.
