Key Responsibilities:

Overview: Engage throughout the software development life cycle, contributing in a versatile role to design, develop, debug, maintain, test, implement, and validate applications with a comprehensive understanding of various programming languages and architectures. Evaluate existing applications or devise logic for new applications, procedures, flowcharting, coding, and debugging programs. Maintain and utilize application and programming documentation in the coding process. Propose enhancements in development, maintenance, and system standards. Generate suitable deliverables and formulate application implementation strategies throughout the life cycle in an agile development setting.

Main Duties:
∙ Leverage a diverse array of Azure cloud services to establish and support platform architecture.
∙ Design and create resources within Kubernetes.
∙ Construct, manage, and uphold infrastructure utilizing Terraform on Azure.
∙ Develop, sustain, and support InfoSec solutions.
∙ Efficiently oversee and allocate projects while providing assistance to the team.
∙ Create and maintain tools, solutions, and microservices related to deployment and our operational platform.
∙ Proactively address any issues that emerge during testing and production, identifying and resolving problems prior to launch.
∙ Assess system integrity, implemented designs, application developments, and other infrastructure-related processes, making enhancements as necessary.
∙ Automate operational processes as required, ensuring precision and compliance with security protocols.
∙ Establish best practices for the Cloud Operations team.
∙ Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and associated processes.
∙ Collaborate with open-source technologies.
∙ Utilize CI and CD tools, along with source control such as Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, and Docker.
∙ Guide the team through development and operational phases.

Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include:
(a) A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; and
(b) Experience as a Software Engineer or in a comparable role. This experience must encompass the following skills:
∙ Proficiency in Automation Scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).

Alternatively, the Employer will accept:
(a) A combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; and
(b) Experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role. This experience must include the following skills:
∙ Expertise in Automation Scripting.
∙ Familiarity with Kubernetes and Cloud Technologies.
