Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a superior level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours.
- Account Management: Facilitate needed updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Customer Service Background: Preferred experience in customer service or a related field.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Ability to use basic computer software and systems.
- Passion for Fitness: A passion for fitness and health is essential for this role.
- Positive Attitude: An upbeat and positive attitude is required to provide exceptional customer service.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this role.
