Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the restaurant.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy objects.

Work Environment:

  • Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
