The Culinary Tray Team Member supports our mission and values by providing high-quality food service to all residents and employees.

The primary objective is to promote optimal nutritional status for each resident by providing a diet in accordance with physician's orders and consistent with the residents' individual physical, cultural, and religious needs.

The food service team member will be responsible for:

  • Respecting and showing kindness to all residents
  • Protecting and maintaining confidentiality of residents' information and resident rights
  • Setting up the dining room and carts
  • Providing dining room and cart services
  • Assisting in the dish room
  • Following dietary policies and procedures
  • Putting stock away
  • Attending facility in-services
  • Reporting malfunctioning equipment to the dietary manager
  • Taking temperatures of foods
