About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team at Evolve Cannabis LLC. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 consultations with customers to educate them about our products and answer their questions
  • Assist customers in selecting products and advise them on safe dosage and usage
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with state laws and company policies
  • Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and daily operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-service intensive industry, preferably in cannabis retail or a similar regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including terpenes, trichomes, methods of consumption, and the science of the Endocannabinoid System
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct, and to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
  • Extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 feet
  • Must pass a background check and be at least 21 years of age
