Requirements
  • Experience as a COO or in a similar senior operational role within the landscaping industry or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients, employees, and ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in military, police, security, fire department.
  • Bilingual.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable with a casual work environment.
