Key Responsibilities- Provide tier 1 & tier 2 technical support for financial services via phone and inbound tickets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an enterprise-level help desk environment, handling 40+ calls per day.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS (10 or 11), Active Directory, O365, M365, MS Suite, and VPN connectivity.
- Familiarity with call center environments and processes.
- The role will involve a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.
- Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
