Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier 1 & tier 2 technical support for financial services via phone and inbound tickets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience working in an enterprise-level help desk environment, handling 40+ calls per day.
  2. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS (10 or 11), Active Directory, O365, M365, MS Suite, and VPN connectivity.
  3. Familiarity with call center environments and processes.
