Job Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Professional to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.

The ideal candidate will have experience with desktop support, troubleshooting Windows and Windows applications, and knowledge of computer hardware problem diagnosis. The role involves providing technical support, setting up presentations and meetings, and interacting with servers and communication services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance by answering help-desk calls as needed for all staff members;
  • Enter all service and support work orders/tickets into IS Department tracking system;
  • Configure, deliver and install computers and peripherals;
  • Setup and support presentations and meetings;
  • Move and install PC's as set up and take down equipment;
  • Interact with servers and communication services;
  • Complete various tasks and projects as assigned;
  • Part of on-call after-hours support rotation;
  • Travel on occasion to other offices for support and/or projects as needed including overtime when needed.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 per year.
