GPAC is working with a client company in south central Minnesota to find a Bilingual HR Business Partner. This company values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee relations and manager development, working closely with the entire HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees at all levels.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
