Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing exceptional service and recommending appropriate bank products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Analyze credit strengths and weaknesses of prospective borrowers and make loan decision recommendations.
  • Negotiate complex loan structures, pricing, and other product/services with clients.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank lending policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide mentoring and training to other bank associates.
  • Coordinate deal team meetings and review commercial underwriting packages for accuracy.
  • Create and finalize term sheets, commitment letters, and closing documents.
  • Ensure client adherence to covenants and perform annual reviews of client relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8+ years of experience in private banking or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
