Position Overview:
As a key member of our West Coast Field Operations team, the Project Construction Manager will oversee military construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong leader who can manage daily construction activities, direct personnel, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct all construction work activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, including plans, specifications, and budget constraints.
- Maintain alignment with RQ Construction's Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Prioritize safety and quality in all work performed.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues that arise.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; further education in construction management or engineering is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, particularly on medium-sized projects.
- Proven experience in government or military construction is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera and BIM.
- Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour are required; training may be provided.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.

Compensation:
Salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
