Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Trinity, North Carolina.

About the Role:
  • Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Work in a home care setting, providing one-on-one care to adult and geriatric patients in Randolph and Chatham counties.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Have a strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure or certification in the state of North Carolina.
  • Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or two years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant with a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam.
  • At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
