Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote optimal physical well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in achieving their physical therapy goals through evidence-based interventions and education.
  • Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for optimal physical function.
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure or certification in the state of Ohio.
  • Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
