Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable our purpose to create lifelong memories by igniting the senses with unrivaled food and experiences
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments and teams to support recruiting and local restaurant sales goals
  • Guest Connection & Feedback: Engage with guests to gather feedback on service quality and satisfaction
  • In-Restaurant Merchandising: Ensure all in-restaurant marketing materials are up-to-date and adequately displayed
  • Market Research: Conduct local market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth and promotional initiatives
  • Budget Management & Campaign Reporting: Assist in developing and tracking local marketing budgets and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Local Store Marketing: Plan and execute local store marketing campaigns to drive sales and community engagement
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage on-site and off-site events, such as restaurant openings, promotional events, and community outreach programs
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in local community events to attract new guests and potential team members
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations for co-promotion opportunities

Requirements:

  • College Associate's Degree or higher
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to implement change in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to coach and develop effective marketing strategies
  • Experience delivering presentations to small and medium-sized groups
  • Experience with multi-unit operations (e.g., retail, hospitality, restaurant) preferred
  • Familiarity with multi-state employer environments preferred
  • Experience with Asana and Salesforce is a plus
  • Thrives in a hybrid or remote working environment

Travel Requirement:

  • Frequent travel [local & long distance driving] is required 90%
  • Occasional domestic travel [flying] is required 10%
  • Overnight trips are a common occurrence and required
  • Weekly visits to local restaurants and for area canvass
