Key Responsibilities:

Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless Access Points, Controllers, and Prime
Provide expert operational support on a daily and weekly basis
Administer the PRIME application, including setting up alerts, maintaining data integrity, and generating reports
Assist with wireless controller administration and new AP setup
Perform ad-hoc network operational engineering tasks as needed

Requirements:

Expertise in Cisco Wireless Access Points, Controllers, and Prime
Experience with Cisco ICE and Cisco LAN/WAN network engineering technologies
Strong operational support skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
Minimum 5 years of experience designing, installing, and supporting complex Wireless networks utilizing Cisco Systems hardware
