The Role

This Manager of Network Operations will oversee a team responsible for ensuring efficient and effective oversight and management of all Mass Markets plant locating and related vendor management functions.

The successful candidate will supervise direct reports and personnel, ensuring the team meets performance goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities

The Manager of Network Operations will be responsible for:

  • Managing direct reports and personnel
  • Ensuring efficient and effective oversight and management of Mass Markets plant locating and related vendor management functions
  • Collaborating with Legal and Procurement teams for contractual interpretations and accountability
  • Interacting with state agencies (811) across Lumen's Mass Markets network
  • Providing support for locate-associated damage mitigation
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Typically 5-7 years related experience and 1+ year previous supervisory/leadership experience
