Speech Language Pathologist Position in School Setting

Job Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support student communication goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide support and resources for students with communication needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting educational goals for students.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
