Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support our team in Columbus, IN. This full-time, onsite position will involve assisting speech-language pathologists in providing quality care to students, helping them enhance their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the supervising SLP in executing speech and language therapy sessions.
  • Implement therapy activities according to the treatment plans developed by the SLP.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, communicating updates to the supervising SLP.
  • Maintain a positive and motivating environment to support student engagement and success.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
  • Active SLPA license in Indiana.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to working with students.
