We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Support Specialist to join our team in Columbus, IN. In this full-time, onsite role, you will support speech-language pathologists in providing top-notch care to students, helping them achieve their full potential in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supervising SLPs to execute speech and language therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless and effective treatment experience.
  • Implement therapy activities in line with treatment plans developed by SLPs, promoting students' progress and development.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, keeping supervising SLPs informed of updates and improvements.
  • Maintain a supportive and motivating environment that fosters student engagement and success.

Requirements:

  • Possess an Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or a related field.
  • Hold an active SLPA license in Indiana.
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not a necessity.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and a commitment to working with students.
