Oak Street Health is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outreach Development Specialist to join our team. As an Outreach Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to engage Medicare seniors in the community, with the goal of increasing patient acquisition and growth.
  • Work closely with Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth in assigned territories.
  • Prospect and nurture leads through various channels, including digital marketing and community outreach.
  • Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings and staying up-to-date on new updates and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and center staff to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns or complaints.

Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people.
  • Comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience.
  • Ability to manage priorities simultaneously.
  • Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team.
  • Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary).
  • US work authorization.
