Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our team at QPS, LLC. As a key member of our bioanalytical team, you will be responsible for managing multiple sample analysis projects, preparing and reviewing study protocols, and coordinating with clients and internal resources to plan, design, and conduct studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage multiple sample analysis projects with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare and review study protocols to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal resources to plan, design, and conduct studies.
  • Evaluate the significance of data and report findings.
  • Prepare study summaries and reports.
  • Communicate project timelines, status, data, reports, and inquiries to clients and study sites.
  • Perform high-volume sample analysis and data analysis, data QC, and data interpretation.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance for each study and prepare necessary study documents.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior scientific staff.
Requirements

The successful candidate will hold an advanced degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related scientific discipline. A Ph.D. degree is preferred, but a Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including 5+ years of hands-on HPLC or LC-MS/MS experience in support of drug development, will be considered.
