Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Tech to join our team at Saline Memorial. As a key member of our ancillary department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply and IV Cart Management: Daily exchange and restocking of supply and IV carts, with accurate recording of inventory levels.
  • Inventory Control: Daily restocking of shelves, ensuring all items are properly tagged and stored in their designated locations.
  • Lost Charge Investigation: Responsible for investigating and recovering lost charges, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Merchandise Receipt and Storage: Daily receipt and storage of merchandise, with proper documentation and inventory updates.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Daily delivery of ordered supply items to ancillary departments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Charge Ticket Entry: Daily entry of charge tickets, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
  • Storeroom Security: Maintenance of storeroom control, ensuring only authorized personnel have access to the area.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Responsible for cleaning the storeroom and carts during slow periods, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic. A high school diploma is preferred, and medical terminology is helpful. If you are a team player with a passion for supply chain management, we encourage you to apply.
