I-2-I Solutions, Inc. operates as a government contractor, delivering a variety of professional services to governmental clients, including water quality assessment, business solutions, and facility maintenance.

Logistical Information:

  • On-Site Location: Birmingham, AL
  • Travel Requirements: up to 50%
  • Compensation Range: $60,000 - $65,000

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and supervise service evaluations and testing to ensure quality and compliance with contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Support operational teams by monitoring, documenting, and reporting on quality metrics.
  • Investigate and resolve reported service quality concerns.
  • Develop or refine procedures for capturing, investigating, and documenting service-related complaints.
  • Oversee risk management processes, maintain logs of issues, and communicate findings to management.
  • Provide training and guidance to quality assurance team members regarding systems, policies, procedures, and essential processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred; equivalent certifications, training, or substantial practical experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a service-oriented Quality Control/Quality Assurance role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
