Job Title: Financial Consultant

At Apple Bank, we are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Financial Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling non-deposit investment products within a bank environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals by conducting branch sales meetings, huddles, quick starts, and ongoing sales generating activities.
  • Conduct training of all branch employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service and be able to communicate investment concepts effectively.
  • Attend ongoing sales and product training to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Maintain active working relationships with branch personnel and meet weekly with each Branch Manager of the territory covered.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years sales experience as a financial consultant.
  • Banking experience preferred.
  • Must possess current NYS Life, Accident & Health license, FINRA Series 7, 63 and series 65 or 66.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills required.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
