About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Team Supervisor to join our team in Greenville.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations in the warehouse, adopting a hands-on approach to support and lead the team alongside the Warehouse Supervisor.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Identifying areas for improvement and making changes to improve the quality of products or services
  • Communicating expectations to the team regularly and holding them accountable as necessary

The ideal candidate will have experience leading, developing, and managing a team, with previous experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain being beneficial.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including:
