**Compensation:** $200,000 - $280,000 per year

About the Role:
We're looking for skilled full-stack Software Engineers to join our product teams. As a member of our team, you'll contribute to building products that help us connect the next billion people, create new features with billions of interactions daily, and be part of a team working globally to connect people around the world.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop full-stack web/mobile applications using various coding languages
* Create consumer products and features using Hack
* Implement web or mobile interfaces using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Collaborate with PM and design teams to define feature specifications and build products leveraging React & React Native
* Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build and scale back-end services
* Build report interfaces and data feeds
* Set direction and goals for the team regarding project impact, product quality, and engineering efficiency
* Lead major initiatives, projects, teams, rollouts, and phased-releases
* Help onboard new team members, provide mentorship, and enable successful ramp-up on your team's codebases

**Minimum Qualifications:**
* 8+ years of programming experience in a relevant language
* 6+ years of relevant experience building large-scale applications or similar experience
* Experience with scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Hack
* Experience leading major initiatives successfully
* Experience leading projects and teams accordingly
* Experience building and shipping high-quality work and achieving high reliability
* Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes
* Experienced in utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and providing detailed feedback and solutions
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
