San Francisco, California, United States Unify Full time
About Us

We are Unify, a revolutionary platform that's changing the way go-to-market teams work. With a mission to build a system-of-action for warm outbound, we're growing rapidly and already serving top customers like Lattice, Airbyte, and OpenPhone.

Our team has spent years studying sales workflows, identifying patterns, and building products that give sellers superpowers. We've used our expertise in machine learning and AI to unlock their 7th gear.

The Problem

Sellers spend most of their day doing administrative tasks, confined to jotting notes, looking at profiles, and monitoring notifications. This needs to change.

Our Solution

We're building a platform to power warm outbound, allowing go-to-market teams to connect with the right people at the right time. Using OpenAI models and sales data vendors, we're revolutionizing the way teams work.

The Role

We're seeking a talented Product Development Lead to join our high-energy team. As a key member, you'll own large engineering scope, bringing immense value to our customers and laying the technical foundation for Unify.

  • You will bring new products from zero to one, working closely with our founders and collaborative product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Lay the technical foundation of our frontend stack, ensuring it can scale to countless more products and engineers.
  • Experiment, assess, and integrate various frontend tools and frameworks to keep our frontend cutting-edge.
About You

We're looking for someone with 4+ years of software engineering experience, a track record of shipping high-quality products, and a customer-obsessed mindset. You'll be comfortable mentoring multiple engineers and excited to contribute to a dynamic, high-energy environment.

What We Offer

This is a salaried position with a target equity package and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options. You'll be based in either San Francisco or New York City, collaborating closely with our talented team in a fast-paced operations environment.

As a Product Development Lead at Unify, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, drive innovation, and grow with our company. We offer a competitive salary: $**$180,000/year**, which may vary based on location and experience.
