Job Summary

The Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. Key responsibilities include unloading inbound containers, conducting quality control on received products, and organizing them efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload inbound containers and perform quality control checks on incoming products.
  • Review shipping orders to determine necessary quantities and transportation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate shipping documentation and data.
  • Pick product for outbound loading and ensure timely shipment.
  • Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • High School Education or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of Warehouse experience.
  • One (1) year of experience operating a Forklift.
  • Ability to use a computer or tablet beneficial.
  • Good communication and organizational skills essential.
  • Able to follow instructions and work under pressure.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation:

This is an hourly, non-exempt position paying from $19 to $21 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. Estimated annual compensation ranges from $54,770 to $60,430, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
