The Omni Service Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by supporting omni-channel processes. This position contributes to the seamless execution of online customer orders, in-store and curbside pickup orders, and product transfers back to the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Strategically process order queues and daily workloads to prevent backlogs, limit cancellations, maintain proper customer touchpoints, and prioritize expedited orders.
  • Maintain Standards: Use proper packaging to exceed customer product expectations.
  • Business Operations: Oversee the omni process to ensure fill rates are maintained and brand standards are followed.
  • Communication + Relationships: Communicate daily with leadership on omni processes, proactively escalate issues, and collaborate with the store leadership team to share progress and articulate support needs.
