About the Role

As a Hearing Care Technician, you will work closely with patients, assisting with patient care and hearing aid adjustments, gaining hands-on experience that builds your technical and interpersonal skills. Our comprehensive training program includes mentorship and support for licensing requirements, ensuring your success in this rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings.
  • Assist with hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Provide personalized care and usage instructions to patients.
  • Support sales and patient follow-up to build and maintain patient relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure patient needs are met and treatment plans are followed.
  • Maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks related to patient care.
