Salary and Wage RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000-$112,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and more.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist in an outpatient dialysis center. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families by delivering high-quality care and support.
- You will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in nursing (ADN, BSN, or three-year diploma from an accredited program)
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg environments (not required but beneficial)
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing (CDN) (not required but valuable)
