About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Remember Me Senior Care is a key member of our care team, responsible for promoting the provision of resident care and working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Care: Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing restorative nursing techniques, and assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Leadership: Direct and oversee the care provided by caregivers, ensuring that residents' plans of care are followed and that care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other team members to ensure that care is coordinated and that residents' needs are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care, including progress notes, medication records, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee.
  • Experience: One year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
  • Certifications: Maintains current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Professional Nurse or a Professional Registered Nurse per state regulations.
