Job Title: Automotive Service Porter

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Service Porter to join our team at Victory Automotive Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, answering any questions and directing them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Install disposable protective coverings and tags in all vehicles brought in for service.
  • Deliver keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking vehicles.
  • Retrieve vehicles for customers when picking up, waiting at the vehicle, and thanking customers for their business.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures.
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
Requirements:
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
