We are seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at one of our outpatient dialysis centers. As a PCT, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patients, delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
">Job Summary
">The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is responsible for providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing laboratory tests. The PCT will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with patients and families, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing laboratory tests.">
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care activities, as well as any changes or updates to patient conditions.">
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.">
- Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.">
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining patient confidentiality.">
Requirements

- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a dialysis setting preferred.">
- BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification preferred.">
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.">
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed.">
- High school diploma or equivalent required.">
- Salary: $48,000 - $64,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.">
