Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Supervisor within our connected vehicle division, you will engage with multiple Best Buy outlets in a designated service region. Your primary focus will be on enhancing employee training and upholding merchandising excellence. You will become a knowledgeable resource on connected vehicle products and services that enhance customer experiences, making their vehicles smarter, safer, and more enjoyable. Additionally, you will gain insights into e-transportation solutions such as electric bicycles and scooters that promote convenient, enjoyable, and environmentally friendly travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for connected vehicle and e-transportation offerings in selected Best Buy locations by training store personnel and facilitating direct customer interactions.
  • Conduct regular visits to all stores within your assigned area.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPI) objectives.
  • Ensure merchandising standards are met for connected vehicle displays.
  • Travel overnight up to twice monthly.
  • Participate in off-site multi-day training sessions biannually.
Essential Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in retail.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics sector.
  • Access to a vehicle for travel to all assigned store locations.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Experience in delivering presentations and conducting group training.
