This role is more than just a position; it’s a rewarding journey where you will learn, grow, and thrive while making a difference in the lives of children. As a Childcare Center Lead Educator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating Engaging Learning Experiences: Design and implement interactive educational activities while guiding fellow educators.
  • Fostering Development: Support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care.
  • Leading with Confidence: Oversee classroom management and curriculum delivery, ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations and company standards.
  • Building Relationships: Establish meaningful connections with families to enhance child development and support the success of the center.

We seek enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate individuals who meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
  • Ability to fulfill state educational requirements and additional center criteria.
  • Capability to engage in physical activities with children, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Possession of a current early childhood professional credential level II or higher.
  • A minimum of nine months of verified experience in the care and supervision of infants and/or toddlers.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25, based on position, education, and experience. We offer bi-weekly and daily pay options, along with health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) for full-time employees. Limited medical coverage is available for part-time staff.

Education assistance, including tuition reimbursement and certification support, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match, life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts are available to all employees.

All employees in Colorado are entitled to paid sick leave as mandated by law. Full-time staff receive 48 hours upon hire and annually thereafter, while part-time and temporary employees earn sick leave based on hours worked.
