Warehouse Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Trane Technologies in Arlington, TX. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing inventory, managing stock levels, and coordinating shipments. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process inventory, including verifying quantities and inspecting products for damage
  • Manage stock levels, including restocking shelves and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Coordinate shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
  • Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles, such as forklifts
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous warehouse experience, including experience with power industrial vehicles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
