We are seeking a highly skilled Senior R&D Lab Technician to join our team at Softpath System, LLC. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for designing and organizing experiments, developing and testing new products, and contributing to the generation of work instructions and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and organize experiments in conjunction with the Tech Lead and/or R&D Team members.
- Develop and test new products, including developing tooling and fixtures, and recording test data in accordance with cGxP.
- Prepare samples for testing and evaluation, including both development and verification/validation phases.
- Contribute to the generation of work instructions, test protocols, and reports.
- Follow departmental work instructions, SOPs, OSHA safety regulations, and cGxPs to perform assigned tasks.
- Monitor and oversee lab supply inventory, generate expense purchase requisitions, and maintain documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Interface with internal groups to ensure laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration, and documentation conform with established practices.
- Interface with external groups, such as factories and suppliers, to ensure design transfer activities and manage logistics for lab supply and samples.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall experience required.
