Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including air handling units, ductwork, and vents.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and service operations on HVAC systems in residential settings.

Qualifications:

  • EPA Certification is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience is essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year of HVAC experience, preferably in residential applications.

Physical Demands: This role involves physical labor in various environments, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, and confined spaces. The HVAC Service Technician will need to perform tasks that require climbing, lifting, crawling, and kneeling.
