Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join our ACT Team at HealthPort, Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and general assistance to the team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage representative payee accounts and obtain authorizations in Incedo for services.
  • Enter data into state databases monthly for ACT reporting and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in team meetings to ensure administrative coordination and collaborate with managed care organizations and insurance carriers.
  • Ensure insurance and other intake data from new patients is in records and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in office management, administration, or finance.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Valid full driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resources, space, time, and personnel to meet performance objectives.
