Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ACT Team Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the ACT team, including managing representative payee accounts and obtaining authorizations in Incedo for services.
  • Enter data into state databases monthly for ACT reporting and participate in team meetings to ensure administrative coordination.
  • Ensure insurance and other intake data from new patients is in records and maintain collaborative relationships with managed care organizations and insurance carriers.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in office management, administration, or finance.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Valid full driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage resources, space, time, and personnel to meet performance objectives.
