About the Job

As a Cloud Native Scrum Project Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing mission-enabling capabilities for a DOD customer. Impact You'll Make
  • Manage and oversee the successful completion of tasks in assigned projects, supervising at least 15 employees.
  • Collaborate with the team daily to deliver required capabilities while maintaining effective communication.
  • Apply interpersonal skills to resolve technical and team challenges.
  • Support senior technical personnel in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
  • Ensure overall delivery success and meet contractual obligations by handling several CDRLs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certified ScrumMaster certification.
  • TS/SCI security clearance level.
  • Strong communication, artifact generation, and problem-solving skills.
  • PREFERRED: PMP, AWS certifications.

The estimated salary range for this position is $114,750 - $155,250. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.
