Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated RN Resident to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of experienced preceptors and mentors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire, unless otherwise indicated
