About the ProgramOur RN Residency Program is designed to provide you with the foundation and support you need to succeed in your specialty. Through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience, you'll gain the skills and confidence to excel in your role.

To be eligible for the RN Residency Program, you must:
- Be a recent nursing graduate with less than 12 months of experience
- Hold an Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Have National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
